Our primary focus is to help people to advance their careers, through studying, working, leading as an expert, and entrepreurship.
Our methodology focuses on a series of ‘career stages’, whereby we gain our own Experience Points (XP) as we master each one of these.

Kristie May has extensive qualifications and experience in career counselling and business practices, with a range of clients experiencing successful personal and professional transformations.
As a registered teacher, business owner, and qualified career counsellor, hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, and trainer, she has worked with students and adults in both Australia and in London.
Kristie’s passion is to help people to achieve personal and professional fulfilment and goals, whilst remaining true to themselves and their needs. Helping others to advance from a leader to an entrepreneur are Kristie’s highlights.
